Key Responsibility

1. To be responsible for all the execution of Contracts progress.
2. To monitor the installation progress as well as co-ordination with Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors to ensure efficient and timely delivery of assignment.
3. To report and monitor of progress of project to Project Manager.
4. To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications.
5. To prepare method statement, shop drawings, installations / T&C check sheets, work progress report and other relevant documents for M&E related works with project teams.
6. To coordinate with subcontractors and consultants on preparation and submission of shop drawings.
7. To coordinate / prepare technical submissions with suppliers / subcontractors.
8. To assist the Project Manager to negotiate / procure materials, equipment and labour in accordance to the allocated approved budget.
9. To hold technical discussions with various stakeholders to resolve technical / site issues.
10. To liaise and work with relevant authorities / subcontractors / clients on shop drawings / equipment submissions, inspections, testing requirements and commissioning.
11. Mechanical: Familiar with ACMV, Cleanroom, Fire protection
12. Process utilities facilitation and hook-up: Familiar with PCW, AEX, SOX, GEX, RODI, TCW, CDA, N2, City water.

Requirements

1. B.Eng in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil with 6–8 years’ EPC/EPCM experience.
2. Min. 6-8 years of experience in construction industry in Singapore, preferable in Semiconductor Factory Cleanroom projects.
3. Good knowledge of Mechanical and Process.
4. Good in interpersonal skill, able to communicate and coordinate effectively with Client, Consultants, Project Teams and other Parties.
5. Good oral and written communication skills
6. Good in people skill .
7. Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint.
8. Well verse in English.
9. Mobility : As when needed.
10. Able to work independently and under high pressure environment.
11. Detail oriented.
12. Strong engineer sense and common sense.
13. Strong team player and ability to multi-task.
14. Fast learner.
