Roles and Responbilities:

• Carry out quantity take-off for project which includes sourcing for supplier and sub-contractor, collate price for comparison
• Prepare tender and contract documents
• Prepare and analyse costings for tender
• Responsible for supervising and checking of the subcontractors’ works according to design drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statement and local codes and regulations
• Responsible for assisting Engineer in the installation and hook-up of new equipment.
• To manage ACMV Projects involving Planning, Project Execution, Material and Progress Monitoring, Manpower planning, etc.
• To liaise with the clients, consultants, project management teams of multiple main-contractors, sub-contractors and equipment suppliers

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 5-8 years of years of M&E working experience with main contractors.
• Knowledge of M&E details, working drawings and local construction practices is required
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• IT skills in Microsoft office, Autocad, BIM.
