Possess a recognized degree in Civil Engineering with at least five years of relevant
experience in building projects.
Possess the full knowledge and experience in organizing, managing and executing C&S
works.
Able to comprehend all technical elements, such as BIM, drawings and specifications.Perform construction planning, coordinate with the client, sub-contractors, consultants
and Authorities on all project aspects.
Develop detailed work plans and cost estimations for a practical forecast of cost and
workforce requirements.
Assist Project Manager in preparation of reports.
Lead, coordinate and manage civil and structural works of a project.
Prepare, monitor and review site work programs.
Plan and schedule the works and resources for a project.
Lead and resolve all on-site technical and engineering matters.
Ensure that the works are performed to meet the company’s ISO standards and
contractual requirements.
