Your Opportunity 

Your opportunity to work with cross-functional teams of RF, Software, Mechanical design, NPI, Operations and Manufacturing/Quality assurance to build the next generation of Doodle Labs' radio portfolio.  

The successful candidate will have significant experience in RF development, Product Engineering and manufacturing of Radio products. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead product engineering activities for one or more radio product lines from design through validation and manufacturing.  

• Own technical execution for product bring‑up, debugging, test, and validation.  

• Drive design for manufacturability (DFM), design for test (DFT), and cost optimization initiatives. 

• Develop and improve test setups, automation scripts, and validation processes to reduce test time and improve coverage.  

• Support regulatory and compliance certifications (FCC, CE, etc.).  

• Manage component obsolescence and support End‑of‑Life (EOL) transitions.  

• Produce and review technical documentation including datasheets, integration guides, and application notes.  

• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior Product Engineers. 

Job Requirements 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electronics Communication Engineering or a related field  6-9 years of industry experience 

• In-depth knowledge of radio/Wi-Fi product development, Product Engineering and quality control 

• Strong hands‑on experience with hardware bring‑up, debugging, and manufacturing support.  

• Solid understanding of quality control, validation, and production test methodologies.  

• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
