Senior Phlebotomist (Part Time/ Flexi / Contract)

• Must have at least 1 year of Phlebotomy experience and must possess a Phlebotomy certification.

We are looking for skilled and qualified phlebotomists to perform venepuncture blood extraction for screening tests in an event / home-based setting.

8.30am to 6pm

The person should be able to achieve a high success rate of one-prick and comfortable to commute and work independently.

This role offers flexibility and allocation of assignment is accommodating to your schedule.

Comprehensive training will be also be provided

The position is available either on:

• Flexi / Freelance / Regular part time basis

This position is suitable for the following:

• Completed National service with experience and qualifications in Phlebotomy.
• Healthcare professionals experienced in phlebotomy
• Freelancers
• Part-time University Students
• Awaiting University

Role & Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled extraction of blood via venepuncture.
• Collection, sorting and recording of blood specimens for dispatch to the laboratory in accordance with standards set.
• Ensure proper and accurate patient administration.
• Maintain a consumables inventory.
• Assist in other ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Certificate of Performance in Theory and Practice of Phlebotomy or by recognized institutions
• Minimum 1 years' experience in phlebotomy
• Willing to work in team setting at projects or independently at the clinic or patients' homes.
• Display excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able and willing to travel for assignments
• Working days include Saturday half day.
