We are seeking a highly experienced Senior PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Lead with over 15+ years of hands-on experience to drive end-to-end implementation and support initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical leadership role in delivering PeopleSoft solutions, engaging stakeholders, and managing both technical and functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive PeopleSoft implementation projects from initiation to go-live
• Engage with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements and fit-gap analysis
• Design and propose optimal PeopleSoft solutions aligned with business needs
• Oversee application upgrades, PeopleTools upgrades, and database conversions
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, DBAs, and business stakeholders
• Provide leadership and direction to technical and functional teams, ensuring timely delivery
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across all project phases
• Review and validate system design, configurations, and customizations
• Ensure adherence to best practices in PeopleSoft architecture, integration, and security
• Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and ensure smooth production deployment
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations

Key Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in PeopleSoft (Techno-Functional)
• Strong experience in end-to-end PeopleSoft implementations
• Proven expertise in:
• PeopleSoft Application & PeopleTools upgrades
• Database migration/conversion projects
• Integration with third-party systems
• Solid understanding of functional modules (e.g., Campus Solutions / HCM / FSCM – customize as needed)
• Ability to perform fit-gap analysis and solution design
• Strong leadership experience managing onsite and offshore teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in client-facing roles in a consulting environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Singapore or APAC-based projects
• Knowledge of cloud environments (OCI/AWS/Azure) is an advantage
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft security, performance tuning, and integration tools
