Think Academy Singapore (part of NYSE-listed TAL Education Group) seeks an accomplished Science Educator with deep expertise in PSLE Science to lead our curriculum innovation, teacher development, and assessment strategy. This role is designed for a seasoned professional who has direct experience setting PSLE questions, marking exams, or training students for distinction.

As a Senior Science Teacher, you will:

Drive Academic Excellence

• Teach and mentor primary-level (P4–P6) Science students, with a focus on advanced PSLE preparation strategies.
• Design and review high-impact lesson materials, including PSLE-style questions, answer frameworks, and marking rubrics.
• Lead workshops for students/parents on PSLE trends, common pitfalls, and MOE syllabus updates.

Lead Curriculum & Assessment Innovation

• Oversee the development of proprietary Science curriculum (e.g., exam-centric worksheets, mock papers) aligned with MOE standards.
• Collaborate with TAL’s global R&D team to integrate EdTech tools (AI-driven analytics, adaptive learning) into teaching.
• Train junior teachers on PSLE marking standards, answer precision, and pedagogy.

Enhance Think Academy’s Reputation

• Represent Think Academy as a subject-matter expert at media/parent seminars, education fairs, and industry panels.
• Contribute thought leadership (e.g., articles, webinars) on Science education trends and PSLE performance analysis.

Who You Are

• 8+ years of teaching Primary Science in Singapore, with proven PSLE question-setting/marking experience (e.g., former MOE teacher, PSLE marker, or curriculum developer).
• Mastery of MOE syllabus, PSLE grading frameworks, and application-based learning (e.g., answering techniques for open-ended questions).
• Track record of coaching students or leading school/centre-based PSLE programmEntrepreneurial mindset—able to align teaching excellence with business growth (e.g., parent engagement, student recruitment).
