Role : Senior Network Engineer

Location: Singapore

We are currently partnering with a leading technology-driven telecommunications organization that is scaling rapidly to support new digital initiatives and platforms. As part of this expansion, multiple roles are open across key functions to help build, maintain, and enhance next-generation solutions. Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Implementation (Day 1 Operations)

• Lead and deliver new network deployments and technology refresh projects within agreed timelines.
• Ensure all projects are delivered professionally, adhering to scope, quality, and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to execute project scope effectively.
• Provide regular and timely updates to stakeholders on project progress.
• Implement new Huawei-based network solutions and optimize existing infrastructure.

Network Configuration & Design

• Configure and deploy routing, switching, firewall, wireless, and access network solutions.
• Support preparation of Low-Level Design (LLD) documents and project documentation.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure proper documentation of results.
• Provide knowledge transfer sessions to customers and internal teams post-deployment.

Technical Support & Optimization

• Provide advanced troubleshooting support for managed service customers (Day 2 support when required).
• Optimize network performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Ensure network security and compliance with enterprise standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in network deployment and infrastructure implementation (small to large-scale environments).

• Strong experience with Huawei networking equipment and solutions

• Proven expertise in:

Routing & Switching

Core network technologies

Wireless networks

Firewalls & access networks

• Solid troubleshooting and configuration skills.

• Strong understanding of Huawei campus and fabric solutions (Huawei NCE Campus preferred).

• Excellent customer-facing, communication, and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Certifications

• Huawei HCIA / HCIP / HCIE (Routing & Switching / Datacom / WLAN)
