Job Summary

Lead the design, engineering, and implementation of LAN, WAN, WLAN, and security device projects, delivering robust network solutions that meet client requirements. Provide expert consulting and technical guidance to drive successful project outcomes and support network operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, integrate, implement, test, and commission data networking projects to meet client specifications and performance standards
• Lead the engineering and deployment of LAN, WAN, WLAN, and security devices including Firewalls, Network appliances, IPPBX, and IT systems to ensure secure and efficient network operations
• Provide consulting and technical guidance to clients and internal teams to develop system specifications and optimize network architectures
• Conduct system presentations to communicate design concepts, project progress, and technical solutions to stakeholders
• Support the design and engineering of Wide and Local Area Networks and security device setups to enhance network reliability and security
• Manage network operations center (NOC) activities and provide ongoing support for LAN/WAN networks to maintain high availability and performance
• Independently manage projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals and foster a productive work environment

Required competencies and certifications

• At least 5 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting LAN/WAN networks and network operations centers
• Proven ability to manage network projects independently, delivering results on schedule
• Strong analytical skills applied to troubleshooting and optimizing network performance
• Effective oral and written communication skills to clearly convey technical information and collaborate with stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve shared objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Info-Comm, Computer Science, or equivalent
• CCNA, CCNP, CCDA, or CCDP certification
