(Laser Micro-Drilling Equipment)

Our client is looking for a senior-level expert to lead motion control architecture and system integration for high-precision laser micro-drilling equipment used in semiconductor and advanced PCB applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize motion control architectures for laser micro-drilling systems
• Develop and tune multi-axis precision platforms (up to 6-axis)
• Lead system-level integration of motion control, laser source, optics, and process coordination
• Oversee precision stage performance, synchronization, accuracy, and stability
• Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams and suppliers

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in motion control or precision equipment system integration
• Strong expertise in multi-axis motion control, servo systems, and control algorithms
• Experience with high-precision laser equipment (micro-drilling, cutting, or marking)
• Proven leadership or project management experience is preferred
• Background in semiconductor equipment, PCB equipment, or precision automation is highly desirable
