Job Description

• Co-ordination and supervision of M&E works
• Liaise with M&E Consultants
• Ascertain and make provision for all M&E and building services in collaboration with the project staff
• Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements.
• Highlight and advise the project staff on the interfacing of M&E services and the building works
• Coordination with multiple parties not limiting to design consultants / engineers, clients’ project representatives, statutory / authority agencies etc. for the establishment of the design deliverables requirements for submission
• Review design deliverables together with the design consultants / engineers and ensure that it is in order for submission
• Attend to technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues and establish method statements
• Project Management and sites supervision works.
• Able to coordinate with contractors and consultants for engineering issues and drawing plans.
• Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems and procedures.

Job Requirements:

Minimum six (6) years of engineering experience with Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control and eligible for application as a Resident Engineer or Recognised Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the Engineer, and at least five (5) years of experience in the construction supervision for building projects with basement structures.
