Job Description

• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content (posts, videos, graphics), including platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube (Etc)

• Plan and execute digital campaigns to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

• Analyse performance metrics and insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

• Handle and respond to customer enquiries from social media and e-commerce channels in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide guidance on branding, media relations, and digital communications best practices.

• Manage communications projects across departments and external collaborators.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to offer competitive products and services.

• Analyse, plan, execute and monitor SEO/SEM on company website.

Requirements

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in marketing, corporate communications, public relations, or digital content creation.

• Strong writing and editing skills with a knack for turning complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives.

• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Photoshop, WordPress)
