• Lead and mentor a specialized team of cocoa buyers to manage regional procurement and pricing strategies for chocolate factories across the AMEA region
• Drive profitability as a key profit center owner, managing a position-taking P&L 
• Develop and execute trading strategies to optimize positions during various market trends, utilizing hedging tools and deep analysis of market fundamentals
• Oversee the clear and timely delivery of information and trade execution, working closely with operational staff across regional Asian sites

skills and experience required

• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Computer Science, Statistics, or equivalent. Additional certifications like CFA or CAIA are an added advantage
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and SAP are required.
• Familiarity with trading platforms (Bloomberg, Reuters, TT, etc.) and programming languages (SQL, Python, R) is highly advantageous
  
• Keen sense of data analytics, financial modeling, and interpretation to drive decision-making in a high-pressure environment
