We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – IT Risk, Audit & Process Compliance with strong in-house banking experience and proven exposure to MAS audits and inspections. This is a key role within the Technology function, responsible for driving IT risk governance, process compliance, audit management, and regulatory readiness. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in managing IT control environments, working with internal and external auditors, and partnering with stakeholders to strengthen risk and compliance practices across the organization.

What you will do:

• Lead IT risk and process compliance initiatives across the Technology function
• Develop, enhance, and enforce IT and cyber risk policies, procedures, and controls
• Manage IT audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance reviews, including MAS inspections
• Act as the key point of contact for IT audit, risk, and compliance activities
• Review audit findings, identify root causes, drive remediation plans, and validate closure
• Partner with Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Security teams to improve control effectiveness
• Assess risks and gaps against MAS TRM Guidelines, MAS Cyber Hygiene, NIST, and ISO 27001
• Provide timely updates and practical guidance to Senior Management on IT and cyber risk matters
• Drive process improvements and promote strong risk awareness across the organization

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in risk, governance, audit, or compliance
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in IT audit, IT risk, and regulatory compliance
• Strong in-house banking experience is mandatory
• Proven experience in handling MAS audits, inspections, and regulatory engagements
• Strong knowledge of MAS TRM Guidelines, MAS Cyber Hygiene, NIST, and ISO 27001
• Experience engaging with regulators, internal auditors, and external auditors
• Strong writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented, structured, and confident in managing audit and compliance responses end-to-end
