The real estate services arm focuses on managing, operating, and enhancing these properties, including asset management, project management, and sustainability initiatives.

Job Description

• 
  
  Support Sustainability Consulting Services Development
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the organisation's sustainability consulting capabilities.
• Monitor industry trends and market developments related to sustainability solutions and services.
• Identify opportunities to introduce new sustainability services and support the development of these offerings.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to strengthen the organisation's sustainability solutions.
• Contribute to proposals and presentations for sustainability-related projects.
• Support marketing and outreach initiatives related to the organisation's sustainability services.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee sustainability consultancy projects to ensure they are delivered according to scope, timeline, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Improve Operational Efficiency
• Enhance project implementation processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Strengthen internal capabilities to support sustainability consulting projects.
• Work with partners where necessary to support project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 10 years of experience in sustainability consultancy, including project delivery and advisory work.
• Degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Environmental Science, Sustainability or related fields.
• Certifications such as GMAP, GMAAP, SCEM, Sustainability Reporting, or GRESB experience are preferred.
• Good understanding of sustainability frameworks such as Green Mark, GRESB, and Sustainability Reporting.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Passionate about sustainability with a positive and learning mindset.
