SENIOR IT HELPDESK ENGINEER | CONSUMER TECHNOLOGY

This role involves delivering day-to-day technical support to internal users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT devices, systems, and applications. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving system or application issues, maintaining accurate support documentation, and optimizing helpdesk operations through process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives. Familiarity with a hybrid model of on-premises and cloud setup will be crucial.


The position also covers IT asset management, inventory tracking, vendor coordination with close collaboration with regional leaders, system engineers, and network teams to support projects and cross-functional initiatives. The individual will also mentor junior team members, encourage knowledge sharing, and contribute to the team’s overall technical growth and capabilities.


The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field with 5 years of experience, ideally having supported senior executives. The role requires expertise in IT systems, including Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, TCP/IP, LAN technologies, server administration (Windows/Linux), and configuration of Cisco devices, as well as experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or JIRA Service Desk.
