Job Description

Establish and implement plant capacity model matching with demand and input requirements. Determine the equipment capacity utilization in the fab.
Work with module to build equipment capacity ahead of order so that we can produce the wafers out smoothly meeting the customer required date.
Setup the BOM in the MRP system (on capacity utilization).
Compute the intrinsic cycle time of the fab. Work with manufacturing to reduce cycle time.
Identify equipment bottleneck and work on CIP
Work closely with the maintenance team to achieve good level of OEE for all tools.
Work with module to have redundancy tools to have good fab stability.
Work with HR on the seating arrangement of the staffs both in SP2 as well as in space outside (e.g. COSPACE)
Perform the IE role on identify space for new equipment, mark up location, work with facility and equipment to bring tool to setup in identify space.
Mark up all the tools in the AutoCAD system to keep record of all the tools and space used
Performs the role of Project IE during plant start-up phase
Assist Deputy Fab Director in the setup of the layout of equipment and marking of equipment in Greenfield new site
