Job Details:

  • Location: City Hall

  • Salary: up to $5,500 + AWS + PB

Job Descriptions:

Learning and Development

  • Review learning and development initiatives to level up company officers’ tech baseline.

  • Identify relevant courses/programmes to address competency gaps for company at the officer- and organisation-levels.

  • Partner Divisions to facilitate the development of individual Division’s Learning Plans and roadmaps.

  • Source for training opportunities and secure training attachments with public and private sector organisations.

  • Run in-house monthly training programmes for company officers.

Talent Management

  • Implement talent management initiatives, including talent identification, development planning and engagement to strengthen company’s leadership pipeline.

  • Support inter-agency discussions on talent nominations and policies while monitoring posting timelines to ensure timely nominations and developmental postings for talents to gain critical experiences.

Experience and Skills

  • At least 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in the abovementioned HR functions and/or understanding of public sector HR practices, including familiarity with Civil Service policies and processes.

  • Meticulous, with good analytical, writing and organisation skills.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • A keen understanding of the digital/ tech industry is an advantage.

  • Adaptable and a quick learner who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment.

  • Values integrity and collaborative teamwork.

  • Resourceful, self-motivated and takes pride in going the extra mile to deliver quality outcomes.
