Responsibilities:

• Work involves Print Media, Digital Communications, Website Development and Email Marketing
• Working with the Team to establish appropriate creative direction
• Increase efficiency throughout the design team workflow
• Communicate with and manage both internal and external stakeholders
• Suggest, develop and implement projects from end to end

Requirements:

• 3+ year of experience in a creative agency or publisher.
• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design or other related fields
• Strong skills with design software such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Will be plus if knowledge of photography and videography
• An understanding of creative design and layout especially in publications
• Time management & strong project management skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively follow up and communicate with all levels of the organisation
• The confidence to communicate your ideas and sell them to peers
• The willingness to work to tight deadlines in high-pressured environments without compromising on work quality
• A track record of inventive and compelling design work especially in print media
• Highly Motivated & Self-Starter
