The Senior Finance Manager supports the organisation with timely financial insights, management reporting, and forecasting to strengthen decision-making. The role partners closely with business units, enhances financial processes, and guides the finance team in operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and performance commentary
• Lead annual budgeting and support rolling forecasts
• Provide financial insights, scenario modelling, and cost analysis
• Strengthen internal controls, improve finance processes, and ensure policy compliance
• Partner with stakeholders on financial planning, programme profitability, and resource allocation
• Oversee day-to-day finance operations and support team development
