Salary: Gross up to $5.5k
Location: Whitley Road
Working Days: Shift Work (8am-8pm) 2 morning, 2 night, 2 off

Key Duties:

• Plan, execute and supervise all Facilities maintenance related work services.
• Hands-on troubleshoot and repair M&E systems for smooth operations.
• Manage Building / Facilities / M&E works and services for effective and efficient operations facilities performance.
• Coordinate and supervise the M&E installation and maintenance work if needed.
• Working closely with the client, sub-contractors, and the facilities team to resolve any technical issues. Attend M&E related meetings and involve in the preparation of related reports.
• Assist in planning, controlling and coordinating of mechanical, electrical works.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering/Building facilities Management or relevant
• Facilities Maintenance operations background with at least 5 years of experience will be highly advantageous
