The Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition supports the organisation’s hiring needs by delivering end-to-end recruitment and partnering closely with hiring managers to build a strong, sustainable talent pipeline. This role contributes to the organisation’s mission by ensuring timely access to quality talent, strengthening workforce capability, and delivering a consistent and positive candidate experience.
The role works closely with various stakeholders to execute recruitment strategies, maintain effective hiring processes, and provide recruitment insights to support workforce planning and organisational transformation (e.g. process improvements, recruitment analytics, employer branding).
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Stakeholder Partnership
Support workforce resourcing by owning and managing end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from requisition approval through onboarding.
Build effective working relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines, and translate these into effective sourcing and selection strategies.
Conduct in-depth screening, interviews, and candidate assessments to ensure alignment with role requirements, organisational values, and culture fit.
Provide hiring managers with market intelligence, candidate recommendations, and hiring risk assessments to support informed decision-making.
Coordinate recruitment activities with HR Shared Services and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely offers, onboarding readiness, and smooth candidate transitions.
Recruitment Analytics, Process Automation & AI Enablement
Track, analyse, and report key recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate experience) to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Compile recruitment data and insights to support workforce planning discussions and recruitment optimisation initiatives.
Identify, design, and implement opportunities to automate and enhance recruitment processes using AI-enabled ATS capabilities (e.g. intelligent candidate screening, skills matching, interview scheduling, chatbots, automated reporting).
Partner with IT, and vendors to configure, optimise, and continuously improve AI-driven ATS workflows, system integrations, and data quality.
Ensure ethical, compliant, and bias-aware use of AI and automation tools in recruitment processes.
Continuously review and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, scalability, and candidate experience across all hiring touchpoints.
Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency, consistency, and candidate experience across hiring touchpoints.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
Support the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organisation’s talent brand and market presence.
Collaborate with Corporate Communications and business stakeholders to create and curate recruitment-related content (e.g. job advertisements, career page content, social media posts).
Represent the organisation at career fairs, campus outreach programmes, networking events, and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Champion a positive, professional, and consistent candidate experience across all stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
At least 6-8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring portfolios and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Experience with recruitment analytics, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and employer branding initiatives will be an advantage.
