About the Role

Reporting to the Resourcing Centre of Excellence (CoE) Lead, this role supports cluster-level operations in managing healthcare scholarships and pre-service sponsorship programmes. You will work closely with stakeholders across institutions, government agencies, and educational partners to ensure effective coordination and delivery of scholarship initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the administration and implementation of healthcare scholarships and pre-service sponsorship programmes across institutions.
• Coordinate scholarship roadshows, talks, and career fairs with relevant stakeholders.
• Support candidate selection processes, including shortlisting and interview coordination.
• Track scholarship and sponsorship placements and projections.
• Provide support for scholarship-related events and outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR teams to ensure smooth interview and onboarding experiences.
• Manage publicity efforts on relevant platforms and oversee funding charge-out processes.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders for scholarship, sponsorship, Career Conversion Programme (CCP), and Return to Nursing (RTN) initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR, scholarships/sponsorships administration, student outreach, or talent development is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
