Job Description
Our People and Culture team plans, builds and designs people strategies to ensure that Rainbow Centre has a competent and passionate workforce to meet the aspirations of our service users. The postholder will provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate processing of HR operations, maintaining compliance, and leveraging HR systems to deliver quality services.
Employee Lifecycle Administration
- Provide administrative support to end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, employee records maintenance, and offboarding
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of employment contracts, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Apply information technology to effectively deliver quality HR services, including schemes, awards, benefits, and leave administration
- Execute procurement activities to purchase relevant good or services to support HR operations
HR Systems, Knowledge Management
- Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with organisational policies
- Prepare and upkeep employment related documents and letters, including for example Letters of Offer, Transfers, Contract Renewals, Exit, Bonuses, Increments, New Appointments, Training / Sponsorship Deeds, Scholarship Deeds, and Internship Agreements
- Identify opportunities to enhance HR system functionality by working with Technology team
- Extract and compile data from HR systems on key people metrics related to attrition, learning & development, and performance
Stakeholders Engagement
- Serve as the first point of contact to staff for general HR-related inquiries
- Provide both coordination and logistical support to HR-related events
- Liaise or coordinate with external agencies or organisation's key partners for submission of claims, billings, contracts, or reports
Job Holder Requirements
- A good diploma or tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or related field
- At least four (4) years of administrative experience, and preferably of which, two (2) years of HR related experience
- General knowledge of manpower laws and regulation
- General knowledge of components of employee lifecycle
