Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (HR Business Partner, Nursing)

We are looking for an HR professional to act as a strategic partner to our Nursing team. You will drive HR initiatives across manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full spectrum of HR functions for Nursing, including policies, compliance, and manpower planning.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for Nursing staff.
• Support workforce deployment, nesting plans, and talent pipeline initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders on HR projects and strategic initiatives.
• Serve as Secretariat for HR-Nursing meetings and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 1+ year HR experience in a hospital/nursing setting (more for Assistant Manager).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
