Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute fundraising initiatives and manage donor and partner engagement to support organizational sustainability.
• Develop and implement fundraising strategies, including corporate sponsorships and partnerships.
• Plan and manage fundraising campaigns and events, including end-to-end coordination and logistics.
• Monitor fundraising performance and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fundraising efforts are aligned with organizational objectives.
• Maintain and provide regular updates to corporate websites and social media platforms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience in sales, community or corporate partnerships, and/or fundraising.
• Experience in organising events and managing fundraising campaigns will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience working in social service agencies will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Canva and other online design tools.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Passionate about stakeholder engagement, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
