• Lead the sales and marketing of Engineering Plastics and Polymers across assigned Asia Pacific markets, developing and executing strategies with principals to achieve sustainable revenue and margin growth.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and key customers to expand market presence, maximize business opportunities, and support product introductions.

• Act as the key liaison between principals, overseas offices, distributors, and end-users to ensure effective coordination, pricing alignment, and seamless market execution.

• Manage financial and risk-related activities including customer credit assessments, monitoring receivables, resolving customer issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct business reviews, monitor sales performance, provide market intelligence, and collaborate with internal teams and regional offices to support strategic planning and business growth.
  

Requirement:

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably within a similar industry.

• Knowledge of Engineering Plastics and Polymers is an added advantage.
