🔎 Requirements

• Degree or Diploma holder
• Experience in shipping or training is an advantage
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, writing and communication skills
• Able to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to multi-task and work both independently and in a team

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and independent individual who is keen to explore and enhance members’ welfare schemes. The role may require independent travel and engagement with shipping companies, unions, and industry stakeholders.

📌 Responsibilities

• Assist in managing members’ training, medical and accommodation schemes
• Coordinate programmes with external service providers and management partners
• Work closely with union leaders and members to ensure smooth operations of membership schemes
• Perform administrative and operational coordination duties
• Prepare, monitor, and evaluate members’ programmes
• Prepare periodic department reports
• Assist in the coordination of union events and activities
