We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior English Preschool/Childcare Teacher to lead and inspire young learners in a nurturing and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver age-appropriate English language programs aligned with the Early Years Development Framework.

• Integrate inquiry-based learning approaches to engage children effectively.

• Guide and mentor junior educators, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

• Model and promote trusting, respectful relationships with children.

• Observe, document, and assess children's learning and development.

• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and share insights with parents and stakeholders.

• Create and maintain a secure, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards within the centre.

• Establish and nurture partnerships with families and community stakeholders.

• Advocate for appropriate actions to protect children and promote a safe environment.

Requirements

• L2 certification from ECDA (Early Childhood Development Agency)

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

• At least 4 years of teaching experience in a childcare or preschool setting.

• Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.

• Passion for working with young children and commitment to their holistic development.

• Familiarity with preschool curriculum frameworks and pedagogy

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Willingness to engage in continuous professional development.

• Proficiency and familiarity with digital tools for documentation and communication.
