Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Operations

• Manage daily e-commerce activities across multiple online platforms

• Provide guidance and support to the e-commerce team to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfilment

• Collaborate with logistics and internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

Product Listings & Campaigns

• Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and content on online marketplaces

• Plan and implement promotional campaigns aligned with marketing strategies

• Monitor campaign and product performance, recommending improvements to boost visibility and sales

Reporting & Coordination

• Analyse sales data and prepare regular performance reports

• Work with internal teams on inventory, marketing, and operational planning

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflow efficiency, and overall performance

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field

• At least 3 years’ experience in e-commerce or online retail operations

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and support a team
