About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Customer Service Executive to support workshop operations and deliver excellent aftersales service. This role involves close coordination with workshop teams, fleet customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, high service quality, and strong customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate workshop operations with Service Advisors and Parts teams to ensure efficient job flow
• Support workshop loading and scheduling to meet service volume and turnaround targets
• Handle customer enquiries, service requests, and service recovery professionally
• Manage key accounts and fleet customers to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and invoices in accordance with internal processes
• Support maintenance tender submissions for fleet and key accounts when required
• Ensure timely customer follow-ups, including service bookings and no-show follow-ups
• Work closely with workshop teams to ensure quality delivery and customer retention
• Identify training needs and support staff development initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification
• Experience in automotive aftersales, workshop operations, or frontline customer service
• Exposure to handling fleet customers or key accounts is an advantage
