Responsibilities:

• Liaise with consultants for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
• Review and planning for ERSS system for Underground structure using Diaphragm wall such as KP, Decking, Strutting, decking, etc.
• Manage the project site by overseeing the day-to-day activities related to the construction of the project as designated by the Project Manager
• Conduct inspections and checks on work performed by subcontractors
• Assist in the planning and sequencing of the construction operations
• Prepare project-related reports and method statements for submission
• Coordination with Construction team/ Design Consultant/PE/construction subcontractor, etc. for Detail Design Development.
• Carryout detailed analysis and design of civil, structural, and geotechnical works.
• Prepare design calculation reports and structural drawings for authorities' (LTA) submissions.
• Planning relevant temporary civil structure, plan & section required for the Traffic diversion, such as Drain diversion, Retaining wall, shop drawing development.
• Check/Rectification of all the structural drawing/ shop drawing if required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering with interest in civil and structural engineering recognized by PE Board.
• Minimum 8 years of design experience in geotechnical and civil engineering projects in a consulting firm or main contractor
• Well-versed in civil and structural design software.
• Good knowledge of underground Structure/Construction Sequences and related civil design works.
• Familiar with Eurocode, LTA CDC, and relevant design specification/standards
• Familiar with authorities' submission requirements for engineering projects.
• Familiar with civil structural designs and BIM will be an advantage.
• Good leadership skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Great team player
