Senior Consultant (Government)/ IT Service Delivery Consultant

Responsibilites:

• Key contact to the customers in the public safety sector (Defence).
• Involved in IT Project Management and IT Service Delivery
• Management of IT System, Infrastructure, for developing, testing and deploying system/network infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in managing Government accounts (Defence)
• Experience in handling IT Projects and Projects Delivery.
• Good in Project Management, Coordination and Liaison work.
• Knowledge of IT System, Infrastructure, Network and Security.
• Strong in managing client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Good in providing solutions, advisory, consultation and delivery.
• Strong in Service Delivery and providing IT Solutioning.
• Good in Network/ System Infrastructure and IT Security.
• Knowledge of Public Security.
• Good in Stakeholders, Client Management and Business Users Management.
• Good in Product Management / Service Management and Customer Management.
• Minimum 4 years of IT Solution / Service Delivery experience.
• Possess System Integrator (SI) and Government (Defence) domain.
• Degree in Computer Science/ Business or Engineering.
• Singaporeans only
