• Identify community needs through targeted outreach, surveys, and home visits, using insights to design and implement new programmes and services.
• Design, implement, and evaluate a diverse calendar of active ageing programmes, leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with elderly service users through consistent befriending and engagement.
• Coordinate with stakeholder for community programmes and services.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in any field
• Min 3 year experience in working with elderly clients in the community setting or social service sector.
• Working hours: 2 Weekdays, 8am to 5pm
