Job Description

• Plan, design and manage civil infrastructure and building-related works from concept to completion

• Prepare and coordinate BIM/CAD drawings for tender and construction

• Manage BIM documentation and digital filing systems

• Drive internal implementation of BIM and Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) initiatives

• Lead and develop a team of BIM drafters and coordinators

• Prepare and manage e-submissions to relevant authorities

• Liaise with agencies and internal stakeholders across project phases

• Integrate sustainability and green building considerations into design

• Interpret Geotechnical Investigation (GI) reports and apply findings into design development

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure and sub-utility works (e.g., drainage, sewerage, underground services)

• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD (2D/3D) and Revit

• Hands-on experience with BIM for infrastructure projects

• Familiar with e-submission systems and regulatory coordination in Singapore

• Experience with planning processes, Green Mark requirements and authority approvals

• Exposure to structural and/or geotechnical design principles

• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary models and resolve technical clashes

• Comfortable leading a small team and driving digital workflow improvements
