Cleantec Engineering (S) PTe Ltd is a leader in Cleanroom Turnkey Solutions. We design and build critical environments where precision is paramount. We are expanding our design team and looking for a Senior BIM professional who understands the complexities of MEP systems in high-tech facilities.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior BIM Drafter with strong technical expertise in Revit and MEP coordination. You will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D models and shop drawings for cleanroom projects, ensuring clash-free designs that meet strict industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• 3D Modeling: Develop detailed BIM models using Revit, specifically focusing on MEP systems (HVAC, Ductwork, Piping) and cleanroom architectural partitions.

• Coordination: Run clash detection, identify conflicts between disciplines (structural vs. MEP), and propose technical solutions.

• Documentation: Produce accurate Combined Services Drawings (CSD), shop drawings, and fabrication drawings for site installation.

• Standards: Ensure all models adhere to BIM execution plans and ISO/local drafting standards.

• Mentorship: Guide junior drafters and collaborate closely with Project Engineers to ensure buildability.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.

• Adequate knowledge of MEP systems (specifically HVAC/ACMV requirements for cleanrooms is a huge plus).

• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced Design & Build environment.
