Job Description

1. Attend consultant and site meetings with the Project Team, coordinate with client's, consultants and sub-contractors on architectural matters to ensure the works carried out meet the desired quality/workmanship, specifications, code requirements and the projects are completed on time and within budget.
2. Manage and lead Architectural project teams by outlining and assigning work, reviewing technical accuracy and technical outcomes.
3. Manage the Architectural consultants to meet project program, design deliverables, and Authority submission and timely approval.
4. Review & verify consultants design drawings, counter propose alternative architectural design and feasibility of construction.
5. Review and value-add to the designs/specifications/drawings submitted by consultants.
6. Ensure the Architectural designs comply with relevant codes compliances and regulations.
7. Coordinate with structural team and M&E team to ensure the final design is in-line with architect’s design intents and client’s requirements.
8. Liaise with BIM Manager on the BIM presentations, clash reports, ICE meeting schedules and requirements.
9. Assist and supervise the preparation of architectural coordination and shop drawings for the project to be used on site for construction.
10. Oversee architectural works, conduct inspections on site, monitor shop drawing progress and provide support to construction team.
11. Resolve site issues related to design or changes required by Construction team, to ensure no delay affecting main program.
12. Issuance of RFI & Site-Design Amendments
13. Ensure timely completion and good quality of works
14. Any other ad-hoc duties and tasks as may be assigned

Job Requirements

1. Degree holder in Architectural or equivalent.
2. Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience as architectural manager role. Experience in PPVC D&B projects is a plus.
3. Strong Knowledge in Singapore Code of Practices, regulations, and specifications for the construction industry.
4. Skill in Autocad & Revit.
