• Lead end-to-end project management for major project, and operational support for banking business system, ensuring alignment local regulatory and head office HOP standards.
• Act as a bilingual liaison between Head office and Singapore teams, accurately translating technical, compliance, and business requirements to drive seamless cross-border execution.
• Oversea BAU activities including system stability, incident and change management, and audit readiness, ensuring high availability and operational continuity.
• Manage and support 24/7 incident handling, ensuring timely escalation, resolution, and communication to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage external vendor across application, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
• Drive coordination among internal stakeholders, offshore teams, and Japanese counterparts, providing transparent reporting, proactive risk management, and effective escalation handling.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance performance, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Business level Japanese language speaker is MUST for this role as the candidate will be communicating (email / verbal) with Japanese speaking stakeholders and customers regular basis.

Contract Management

• Coordinate with procurement, legal and risk teams to manage vendor contract negotiations and renewals, balancing service quality with budget optimization and risk mitigation.
• Monitor contract compliance and vendor obligations, proactively managing renewals, amendments, and risk assessments to support uninterrupted service delivery and project timelines.
