Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly capable Senior AI Agent Developer to lead the architecture and implementation of their core agent orchestration system. You will design workflows that empower AI to reason about code, manage repositories, improve software quality, and deploy new features with minimal human oversight.

This is a role for someone passionate about pushing the boundaries of applied agent intelligence and building real systems that operate autonomously in production.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI-agent systems that generate, modify, test, and deploy code in live environments.
• Design the automation layer for agents: branch/PR creation, static analysis, CI/CD triggers, and test harness execution.
• Develop prompt templates, reasoning frameworks, memory/state systems, and execution flows enabling the agent to think across codebases and product context.
• Ensure agent-generated changes are high quality, maintainable, documented, and aligned with engineering standards.
• Continuously evaluate new agent techniques, tooling, and capabilities, rapidly integrating improvements.
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to ensure system robustness, usability, and adoption.

Job Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on experience developing AI agents that interact with live codebases, or equivalent demonstrable work.
• Strong production engineering background in Python (other languages a plus).
• Skilled in prompt engineering: iterative prompt design, evaluation, and correction.
• Understanding of context/state management, including agent memory and tool-calling flows.
• Experience automating repository workflows: branch operations, testing, CI/CD, static analysis.
• Highly self-directed, continuously experimenting and applying new advances in agent technologies.
