Job Responsibilities:

• Record all business transactions of WFV Pte Ltd and Service Entities, with proper supporting documents in line with IFRS and regulatory requirements.

• Close all accounting accounts and prepare financial statements of the Company and Service Entities monthly by the 10th of the following month.

• Prepare annual budgets of the Company as directed by GM and coordinate with other functions for Service Entities.

• Quarterly consolidation of financials for designated groups.

• Coordinate with external CPAs in Singapore for yearly statutory financial reports or audited financial statements.

• Execute registrations, filings, and/or payments in compliance with Singapore laws and regulations.

• Provide annual returns of Service Entities to file with registered agents.

• Create invoices for designated entities, if applicable.

• Maintain accounting records in good order and safe custody to comply with laws, regulations, or Document Control Manual for a set period.

• Perform any other assignments from Group Controller or deputy.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; master’s is a plus.

• At least 10 years of proven accounting experience in Singapore.

• More than 3 years of auditing experience in an accounting firm in Singapore.

• Adequate knowledge of accounting principles and corporate taxation in Singapore.

• Experience in consolidation of financial statements (parent & subsidiaries, headquarters, branches) and associated accounting treatment.

• Familiarity with statutory requirements including financial accounting
