Job Description
- Handle full set of accounts, GST, tax matters
- Responsible for AR and AP functions
- Prepare and send monthly statement of accounts to debtors
- Handle cash book and bank reconciliation
- Reconcile any irregularities in receipts
- Prepare /enter/upload journals for month end closing
- Maintain fixed asset register and movement
- Maintain inventory and inventory movement
- Hands on experience with Xero preferred
- Hands on knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
