Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and implement company-wide risk management frameworks, compliance policies, and internal control guidelines to align with local regulations and global corporate standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments across business functions, identify potential exposures, and track key risk indicators to ensure proactive mitigation.
• Perform internal compliance reviews and audits to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the investigation and resolution of compliance breaches, operational risk incidents, and control gaps, including recommending corrective actions.
• Design and deliver compliance awareness programs and training initiatives to strengthen ethical practices and risk ownership across the organisation.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, external auditors, and advisors when required, and ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting.
• Prepare periodic risk and compliance reports for management, highlighting key findings, trends, and improvement plans.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of risk monitoring tools and systems, working closely with IT and business stakeholders to strengthen governance processes.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Business, Law, Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in risk management, compliance, internal controls, or governance roles, preferably within a multinational or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, operational risk, and corporate governance practices, with the ability to work across multiple business functions.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and confident in stakeholder engagement, with strong communication skills and the ability to promote a culture of integrity and compliance.
