Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated Security Intern to assist the Maintenance Department in deploying security agents on IoT-enabled equipment and devices. The intern will gain practical experience in operational technology (OT) security while supporting the documentation and monitoring of maintenance-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in deploying and configuring security agents on IoT devices used in rail maintenance operations.
• Document deployment procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for operational teams.
• Maintain an updated inventory of IoT devices, their security status, and maintenance schedules.
• Support the team in identifying potential security risks to maintenance equipment and endpoints.
• Collaborate with maintenance engineers to ensure security measures do not disrupt operations.
• Prepare reports summarizing deployment progress, device status, and security observations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of IoT devices, industrial networks, and security principles.
• Familiarity with endpoint protection or monitoring tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work in a team and follow operational procedures in a maintenance environment.
