Job Description
Regional Marketing Manager – Southeast Asia
We are supporting a Singapore-headquartered F&B group that operates franchise brands across multiple markets in Southeast Asia. As the business continues to expand regionally, the group is looking to appoint a Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and brand growth across the region.
This role will work closely with franchise partners in different markets to strengthen brand positioning, support local marketing initiatives, and ensure consistent brand standards across the network.
It is a role suited for someone who understands how regional brand strategy translates into local market execution, particularly within a franchise-driven business model.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Marketing Strategy
Develop and implement regional marketing strategies that support brand growth across Southeast Asia
Plan and execute regional promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives across franchise markets
Ensure marketing activities across markets remain aligned with brand positioning and overall business objectives
Franchise Marketing Support
Work closely with franchise partners to support local marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives
Provide marketing guidance, frameworks, and tools to help franchise partners execute effective campaigns
Ensure brand standards and messaging remain consistent across all markets
Brand Development & Consistency
Maintain and strengthen brand guidelines across the regional franchise network
Work with internal teams and partners to ensure marketing materials reflect the brand’s identity and positioning
Market Insights & Performance Monitoring
Analyse campaign performance, sales data, and market trends to refine marketing strategies
Identify opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and consumer engagement across different markets
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with headquarters and regional stakeholders including distributors, operations teams, and creative partners
Support broader regional initiatives related to brand expansion and market development
Candidate Profile
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or brand management
Experience within F&B, retail, or franchise-based businesses would be highly relevant
Understanding of Southeast Asian consumer markets and regional marketing dynamics
Experienced working with franchise partners or across multiple markets
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution
