Contract Period:

1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027
(Option to extend for another 1 year, subject to the Authority's requirements.)

Deployment:

• Monday to Friday: 7:30am to 4:00pm (Inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
• No work on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Scope of Works:

1. Prepare laboratory materials and equipment for Science lessons and activities.
2. Maintain the cleanliness, readiness and organisation of Science laboratories and equipment.
3. Assist teachers during Science laboratory sessions.
4. Perform stocktaking of laboratory equipment and assist in replenishment of supplies.
5. Support the maintenance of the school's Recycle Corner, Vertical Farm and vegetable garden.
6. Assist the Science Department with administrative duties and data collection.
7. Perform general office administrative duties, including attending to phone calls and handling enquiries during non-peak laboratory hours.
8. Provide support for other school-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Science Laboratory support within MOE schools is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' administrative experience in an MOE school environment is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office applications).
• Responsible, organised and able to multitask in a school environment.
