Location: Kent Ridge

Working hours: 8.30am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)

Responsibilities
•    Perform day-to-day operational tasks related to the administration of the SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and other grants managed by the Unit as a Grant Business Partner.
•    Liaise with school units, SSG and other grant agencies as needed on policy/process changes, documentation and reporting requirements.
•    Provide strong administrative support for grant claims and disbursement.
•    Manage queries from school units regarding grant processes and compliance.
•    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all grant-related documentation.
•    Support grant audit activities by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
•    Assist in streamlining processes for greater efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
•    IT savvy and proficient in MS Office applications.
•    Minimum 1-2 years of related working experience. Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
•    Prior experience in grant administration will be an advantage.
