Role Overview

We are looking for an SAP Support Specialist to provide application support and system enhancements across key SAP modules. The role will work closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to ensure stable SAP system operations, support business processes, and contribute to ongoing ERP improvements and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for SAP modules including FICO, SD, MM, and BW.
• Troubleshoot system incidents and follow up with technical teams for Level 3 issue resolution.
• Work with finance and operations stakeholders to understand requirements and support process improvements.
• Document user requirements and coordinate with IT teams for change requests and system enhancements.
• Support SAP projects, system upgrades, rollouts, and post–go-live activities.
• Manage SAP user access and authorization, including audit documentation.
• Conduct user training and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide junior team members where required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of SAP application support experience.
• Exposure to SAP FICO implementation, customization, data migration, or cutover activities is advantageous.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
