Job Description
Role Overview
This role drives end‑to‑end HR digital transformation, enabling data‑driven decision‑making, streamlined HR processes, and the adoption of modern HR technology solutions. The position partners closely with HR functions, IT teams, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and enhance HR systems, digital tools, and user‑centric workflows across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Systems & Solution Design
- Lead requirements gathering to understand HR operational needs and system dependencies.
- Convert business needs into clear functional and non‑functional specifications.
- Evaluate and propose HR technology solutions (in‑house or outsourced) that are user‑centric, scalable, and minimize manual input.
- Support implementation of AI‑driven HR tools and digital experiences.
2. Process Re‑engineering & Service Design
- Apply design thinking to identify pain points and map HR user journeys.
- Re‑engineer HR processes to increase efficiency, enhance user experience, and reduce manual touchpoints.
- Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and AI enablement.
3. Digital Implementation & Testing
- Participate in system testing, UAT cycles, and validation of HR workflows.
- Support change management activities including presentations, user guidance, and SOP updates.
- Assist users in adopting new AI‑enabled features and digital HR processes.
4. Automation & Digitalization
- Build and maintain digital workflows using tools such as:
- Power Automate, Power Apps, Python, Microsoft Forms.
- Integrate AI components including agentic AI, LLM‑powered tools, and generative AI prompts.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation scripts and HR digital tools.
5. Data, Reporting & Insights
- Develop dashboards and analytics using Tableau and Power BI.
- Work with stakeholders to define reporting needs and deliver meaningful insights.
- Use AI‑augmented analytics to automate trend detection and support workforce decision‑making.
6. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Work with HR teams, IT partners, business units, and external vendors for solution delivery.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and solution performance to meet HR transformation objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
- 3+ years’ experience in HR systems, business analysis, or digital transformation.
- Hands‑on experience in at least one full SDLC (Agile preferred).
- Experience working with IT partners, vendors, or service delivery teams.
- Familiarity with AI use cases in HR (AI Chatbots, Agentic AI, LLM context‑filtering).
