Job Description
Work Tues – Sat ( According to Europe/ US working days )
Working hours : 9am to 6pm
Responsibilities :
- To be accountable for the receipt and the processing of irreplaceable clinical trial specimens.
- To perform a variety of tasks depending on the specific trials projects
- To receive shipments for the departments from the different couriers and perform all related tasks.
- To resolve misrouted shipments (not intended and perform all related tasks.
- To open and clean inbound shipments.
- To ensure QC of the discarded material to prevent any failures and report to management as needed.
- To maintain temperature of specimen in received condition.
- To Scan shipments into the database.
- To archive requisitions using the document management system.
Requirements:
- Minimum a Degree in Science and related
- Relevant Lab internship experience
