• Position Title: Sales Support Executive
• Working Location: Bugis (4 mins walking distance from the MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 days (8.30am-5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all operational activities to ensure company growth.
• Generate purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and quotations.
• Support sales team with paperwork, allowing them to focus on acquiring new accounts.
• Plan and control inventory, ensuring timely customer payments.
• Mentor new Customer Service Officers to ensure they can handle operational tasks and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Meet deadlines and targets consistently.
• Use the SAP Information System for operational tasks.
• Identify and complete tasks proactively.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of work and information and follow up to ensure agreements and commitments are met.

• Minimum ITE qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support or related field.
• Experienced in service industry is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with clients.
• Good time management.
• Able to work in team.
